Job Description:
The main objective of the role is to resolve
queries related to Finance and Accounts (F&A) by handling inbound
calls and emails coming from internal customers and also Ernst &
Young vendors.
Responsibilities:
1. CSR is expected to provide call/email support
for time and expense, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general
ledger, engagement maintenance and reporting inquiries
2. CSR is expected to co-ordinate with all the departments and resolve
the customer query
3. Provide feedback and share best practice across different departments
Candidate Profile:
1. Any Graduate
2. 0-18 months of experience
3. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken)
4. Flair for Customer Service
5. Willingness to work in shift
6. Analytical frame of mind
