Job Description:

1. Carrying out Recruitment drives and conduct interviews for capturing the best talent from the market as per company's business requirements
2. Interviewing and evaluating candidates against the business requirements
3. Planning and conducting walk-ins at consultant venues on a regular basis
4. Developing recruiting strategies
5. Building up rapport with new consultants to generate & maximize quality hiring through them
6. Negotiating and explaining salary to the new joiners
7. Handholding all the recruits to curtail last minute setbacks and tailoring each candidate so suit the needs of the job
8. Working with the team to improvise on the existing recruitment patterns to make recruitment more cost and time effective
9. Proficiently preparing and maintaining the candidate tracking sheet
10. Positive branding of the company
11. Responsible for bulk hiring using different sourcing channels
12. Responsible to generate on the spot offer Letters/LOI's
